Consultation & Results • All services are performed based on a professional assessment of your hair history, condition, and suitability at the time of your appointment. • Reference images are welcome and used as a guide only. Results are influenced by existing colour, previous treatments, hair texture, and condition. • Exact replication of any reference image cannot be guaranteed in a single session. Adjustments • If refinement is required, a professional adjustment may be offered within 7 days of the original appointment. • Hair must not be altered by another salon or through home colouring or treatments during this period. • Adjustments are intended to refine the original result, not redesign or recreate the service. Refunds • Hair services involve time, professional expertise, and consumable products. • Refunds are not automatically provided. • Where appropriate, adjustments are the preferred resolution. • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy. Third-Party Corrections • Once hair has been altered by another salon or through home colouring, we cannot take responsibility for results, corrections, or refunds related to the original service. Communication • Any concerns must be raised respectfully and within a reasonable timeframe so they can be assessed and addressed appropriately. • By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies.
